What brings you to life and makes you feel whole?

What gift(s) do you feel you have to offer the world?

Is there anything else you would like Sam to know?

Your Threshold

The medicine quest asks something real of you. These questions are an invitation to begin the honest inquiry that the journey will deepen.

Medicine & Readiness

Do you feel called to the medicine, or are you primarily curious about it? Both are welcome — but knowing the difference matters. Please be honest.

Have you had prior experience with plant medicine or expanded states of consciousness? If so, please briefly describe the context and how it affected you.

Are you currently working with a therapist or counselor? Not required — just helpful for Sam to know.

Is there anything in your physical or mental health history Sam should be aware of? This is shared only with Sam and treated with full confidentiality.

Are you prepared to meet your edges — and commit to the integration work afterward?

Is there anything else you would like Sam to know?
